Accepting a limited amount of Intimate Events | Spring & Fall 2018
-Maximum 50 persons, for Events.
-Maximum 10 persons, for Elopements.

- Use of 5 acres of raw desert landscape in it's natural element along with the appointed areas for hosting.
- String lit designated areas throughout the property. Includes the overlook and two other smaller designated areas.
- 10 hour use of rental with 2 hour set up and 1.5 hour strike.
- Use of bungalow house for Bridal or Groom Suite.
- Designated Bar Space
- Portable Restrooms (2)
- Generator w/limited power.
- Includes all that is mentioned in Option Uno.
- Two night stay in the Echo Ranch House, up to 4 guests.
- Rehearsal for wedding party (2 hours) day prior to event.
- Complimentary Swag Bag for the couple, at check-in.
- Includes all that is mentioned in Options Uno + Dos.
- Six Farm Tables for Reception/Dinner. *Seats up 10 guests each.
- Twelve Benches for seating or up to 50 Bistro Chairs.
- Sweetheart Farm Table for two.
- Two upgraded chairs (for Sweetheart Table).
*Optional add-on Rental Furniture, such as Lounge/s, Sign-in Table, Dessert Table, etc. via CIRCA Rentals
- Two night stay in the Echo Ranch House, two (2) guest occupancy. *up to 4 guest occupancy, with additional fees.
- Up to eight (8) guests for the Ceremony. (Ten (10) total count with Couple)
- Two hour time frame with guests at the Ranch, for ceremony. *No Parties.
- Complimentary Champagne & Desserts for the couple, at check-in.
